The Following items must be completed before trying out for the team:

NFHS Concussion in Sports
NFHS Heat Illness
NFHS Sportsmanship
NFHS Sudden Cardiac Arrest
Transportation Release Form
Have a 2.0+ GPA for 2nd semester 2025-2026.
Good classroom behavior and discipline record.
Paperwork is available online on the school website under the Athletics tab.
Other Important Information:
Try-outs are FREE! Once a player is selected for the team, a fee of $60 will be collected.
Potential players must attend all try-out dates, give their best effort, and expect the best!
Proper attire includes shorts, t-shirt, athletic shoes, and knee pads.
All paperwork is due by Monday 8/10/26!
Mandatory try-outs will take place from Monday 8/17/26 – Wednesday 8/19/26. Try-outs will be from 2:30-4:30. Transportation must be available by 4:30!
Practice and game schedules will be distributed after teams are selected.
Fees
All fees, where applicable, are paid through Student Quick Pay.
