Transportation Release Form

Have a 2.0+ GPA for 2^nd semester 2025-2026.

Good classroom behavior and discipline record.

Paperwork is available online on the school website under the Athletics tab.

Other Important Information:

Try-outs are FREE! Once a player is selected for the team, a fee of $70 will be collected. If it is the second sport played this school year, the fee is $50.

Potential players must attend all try-out dates, give their best effort, and expect the best!

Proper attire includes shorts, t-shirt, and athletic shoes.

All paperwork is due by Tuesday 10/6/26.

Mandatory try-outs will take place from Tuesday 10/13/26 – Thursday 10/15/26. Try-outs will be from 2:40-4:30. Transportation must be available by 4:30!

Practice and game schedules will be distributed after teams are selected
